This mask has been designed to conform to EN 14683:2019 - it has been designed to prevent the wearer from spreading droplets in their surrounding area and protects the wearer from droplets produced by someone directly in front of them. However depending on the conditions, it does not protect the wearer from inhaling very small particles suspended in the air that potentially carry the virus. This mask has a Bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) of >95%.
