Já escrevi sobre ele aqui. Ambos são parecidos nos valores nutricionais. A diferença está que o Yo Pro tem amido modificado (o que aumenta a quantidade de carbo dele) e é feito com leite semi desnatado, o que faz com que tenha um pouquinho de gordura e mais calórico (160kcal).

Opinião muito particular? Esse de doce de leite é um dos mais gostosos do mercado.
